Cobalt nanomaterial converts CO2 into clean energy

Scientists in China are researching the use of cobalt nanomaterials to convert CO2 to clean energy

The overabundance of CO2 in the atmosphere could become the source of cheap, clean and renewable energy. Scientists from Hefei National Laboratory for Physical Sciences in Hefei, China, have developed a nanomaterial made of cobalt to convert carbon dioxide gas into the clean fuel called formate.
