It might be cold outside in Detroit, but the world's car manufacturers have shaken it off to put on a sizzling display at this year's North American Auto Show. As the pressure on manufacturers to meet tight emissions deadlines tightens, the number of hybrids and electric cars on display has grown. But that doesn't mean it was all eco-cars; from heavy-duty trucks, slinky sports coupes and minivans, there was something on the floor for everyone.
