"Dieselgate" might be winding up for Volkswagen, but investigations into diesel emissions cheating are just getting started elsewhere. The Stuttgart public prosecutor is investigating Daimler for alleged "fraud and criminal advertising" relating to diesel Mercedes models and the US Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed a civil suit against Fiat Chrysler (FCA) for failing to correctly disclose emissions control devices in nearly 104,000 light duty diesel vehicles containing 3.0 liter EcoDiesel engines.
